About you I have been teaching English across the age and ability spectrum for 16 years. My most recent post was as Head of 6th Form. Although not currently teaching, due to the demands of a young family, I have been successfully tutoring for 5 years and have received excellent feedback. I have a wide experience of a range of advanced level and GCSE in English Language, Literature and the combined Language/Literature. In addition, I can offer coaching for the 11+ examination. I run intensive revision courses for GCSE Language and Literature over Easter and May half term. I have been an external examiner for 6 years marking GCSE Literature papers and I am an A level Language/Literature coursework moderator. I have also been an examiner for KS3 SATs papers. I currently write advanced level Literature revision material for an on-line study resource, which is used by schools and students all over the country. I have a Masters degree in Literature.
